##plugins.themes.academic_pro.article.main##
Abstract
Nutritional issues such as stunting and low immunity remain significant challenges among elementary school children, especially in rural areas. This community service activity aimed to educate children on the importance of consuming eggs as a source of animal protein that helps prevent stunting and boost immunity. The activity was conducted at SDN 04 Koto Tuo, Harau Subdistrict, Lima Puluh Kota Regency, involving 26 students and accompanying teachers. The methods used included interactive educational sessions, a shared egg-eating activity, and a quiz to reinforce the materials presented. The results showed high enthusiasm from students, improved understanding of the benefits of eggs, and increased interest in adopting healthy eating habits. This activity positively impacted early nutritional awareness and is expected to be replicated in other schools as part of basic-level stunting prevention efforts.
